That is it. is a promotional poster designed for the 100th anniversary of the birth of the coke bottle.
For long the coke bottle has always been the core of the branding of Coca Cola. This time, Coca Cola calls for designers to create a poster, not only for the anniversary of the coke bottle but also for the promotion of Coca Cola.
In this poster design:
The classical and iconic outline of the coke bottle was simply captured, and further flattened onto the surface of the poster.
The use of the only three fundamental colors of Coca Cola (red, black and white), together with a minimized and geometrical illustration, abstracted the visual essence of a coke bottle while helping create memorable impressions for the audience.
The title of the poster, at the same time the slogan for the campaign “That is it.” not only points out the simpleness of the easily recognizable coke bottles, but also, from the other perspective, highlights the simple happiness a bottle of Coca Cola can bring to us and its very indispensable role in our daily lives.
