The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association is one of the largest local trade associations in the state of Florida, with more than 11,500 members in Orange, Seminole, and the surrounding counties.

ORRA is composed of REALTORS® who are involved in residential and commercial real estate as brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others who are engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry.

ORRA approached Appleton for help in promoting professional REALTORS® and the local real estate market. The current economy is promising, with low mortgages and a buyers’ market, potential homebuyers have the opportunity to purchase an affordable house and sellers can make a profit.

We created four campaigns to target different demographics in Orange and Seminole counties and their surrounding areas. The audiences are Empty Nesters, Young Professionals, Relocators and Outgrowers. We aided ORRA in achieving their objective to inform potential clients that REALTORS® make the process simple, hassle-free and fun. A full-scale advertising campaign including radio, print, outdoor, digital and social marketing pieces was implemented – the outdoor components are shown with this entry.
