Everybody know counselling is the best helpful for victims.
But in realliy, visiting couselling institution is very long way to go for victims.
Forthur, many E-counselling website need personal imformation.

So, I think blockchain technology will make up for the this weak point.
Using P2P networking service, block chain based counselling keep victim’s secret perfectly.
We called this application ‘Bit Counsellor’.
It will be the most secure counsellor method.
Bit Counsellor, not only hide victim’s imformation, but also victim’s hesitancy too.
